It is our belief that you desire to obtain the highest rate of collection with the least cost to you as well as the best services possible. We offer both in a single package; top quality service at highly competitive rates. As a point of fact and to the best of our knowledge, our rates are lower than most.

A. PERSONAL ADJUSTMENT SERVICE

50% on claims collected under $200.
25% on claims collected between $200 and $2,000.00
20% on claims collected in excess of $2,000.00

Merchandise returns-Usually half the normal fee.

Rates cover all the Continental United States and Puerto Rico Claims.

No Minimum fees; all rates contingent upon collection.

We reserve the right to increase percentages on any claims over (2) two years old or in cases where accounts have gone out of business.

B. FORWARDING SERVICE: 30% maximum rate on claims collected by outside, local attorneys. If suit is required and authorized, attorney may require advanced costs and/or suit fees up to 10%.

C. FINAL DEMAND SERVICE No commission is charged if payment is made within the ten day final demand period. Any uncollected balance will automatically be handled by our Personal Adjustment Service.

D. FOREIGN CLAIMS RATE: 35% on all claims

E. RETAIL CLAIMS RATE: 35% on all claims

F. "DUNNING LETTER PROGRAM" A comprehensive program is available prior to actual collection which provides individual typewritten letters prepared on our computerized system at a fraction of normal costs. Also, inquire about our "No Charge Dunning Letter Program" for high volume accounts.
